Vhbuyio believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a transparent and fair cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 1–2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, activated, or access credentials have been issued.
Non-Cancellable Services
Vhbuyio does not accept cancellation requests for digital and time-sensitive services such as online courses, internship programs, software tools, web applications, or course completion certificates once access has been provided.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Refunds or replacements may be considered if the customer establishes that the service delivered does not match the description provided on the website or is technically defective.
Any such issues must be reported to our Customer Service team within 1–2 days of receiving access to the service.
Issue Verification
All refund or replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by Vhbuyio. Once the issue is reviewed and validated, an appropriate decision will be communicated to the customer.
Warranty & Third-Party Services
In case of services or tools that include third-party warranties or licenses, customers are advised to contact the respective provider for warranty-related concerns.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by Vhbuyio, it will be processed within 6–8 business days and credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
